Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (when available). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
