RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
